Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

If you refuse any shipments from photoprogear.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Photoprogear does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-40 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We employ the services of major trusted international carriers to fulfill your package in a fast and secure manner. Shipping is offered to the following destinations:

  • United States 10-25 days via e-packet
  • Canada 20-35 days via e-packet
  • United Kingdom 20-40 days via via e-packet
  • Australia 13-25 days via e-packet
  • Western Europe: 10 – 35 business days
  • Rest of the world 20-40 days 

*Order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment, delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). Kindly note that the order processing time is not included in the shipping time lines.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.

Accurate Address Information

Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order.  It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order.

International Shipping
